Trinity Class Offerings
Hatha Yoga
Traditional standing and seated poses with focus on proper breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga will calm the mind through concentration on alignment of the body, build strong bones and muscles and cleanse the system of toxins. Beginner to Intermediate.
Express Yoga
30 minutes of yoga meant to energize you for the rest of the day. The poses will stretch, strengthen and relax you. All Levels.
Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)
A series of poses that flow into each other with breath and fluidity. We will learn each pose in the sequence, blend them as one with breath and modifications. This class will challenge and transform your body, mind and spirit. Beginner to Intermediate.
Power Yoga
This class will challenge and inspire you with vinyasa flows, balance and floor asana meant to create flexibility, focus and strength. Hot Power Yoga on Thursday morning is 60 minutes of Power Yoga in a 85 degree heated room. Intermediate to Advanced.
Hot Power Yoga
The room is heated to 90 degrees for 90 minutes of flowing vinyasa style yoga set to inspirational music. Purify the body as you cleanse away toxins, use ujayi style deep breathing, and poses that blend beautifully together reaching every muscle, organ and joint in the body. Learn to let go and be at ease in the pose. Intermediate to Advanced.
Hot Yoga
This 90 minute class is done in a room heated between 90-104 degrees with out music. It follows the format of 26 postures held and done twice, beginning and ending with a breathing session. This class is perfect for those who enjoy holding poses. Purify the body as you cleanse away toxins reaching every muscle, organ and joint. You will develop your concentration as you become free from distraction and able to focus attention inward while in action. This skill of concentration will translate into all areas of your life. Intermediate to Advanced.
Gentle Yoga
If you have stress, this class is for you. Escape to the mat and surrender all worries with poses designed specifically for stress release. Learn to balance action with surrender. The class includes breathing techniques that instantly relax and clam the body, mind and spirit. Move slowly with intention to increase circulation, release tension from tight areas such as hips, shoulders and back, and bring the body back into balance. The class will end with a calming savasana, final relaxation.
Pilates Matwork
This class follows the Pilates Method series based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Each movement in the series is derived from the core with emphasis on overall muscle control and proper breathing. This class will reshape your entire body.
